This exciting class is for young independent artists ready to learn and create! Art Buddies explores a variety of art forms, including drawing, painting, printmaking, collage, cardboard sculpture, and weaving. Each week, we’ll dive into new techniques and ideas, giving young creators the freedom to express themselves in unique and meaningful ways. Through fun, hands-on activities, artists begin to explore basic key art concepts, artists and history—building the tools they’ll need to grow as creators. Working together in a collaborative environment, little artists will complete several pieces over the session, encouraging teamwork and creativity. Guided by both peers and our instructor, participants will experience the joy of creating within a community, where ideas are shared, and every creation is celebrated.

Each 6 week session offers a new area of concentration and exploration and is open to any participant regardless of previous participation.

Please come dressed in clothes you are comfortable getting messy.
