This class is thoughtfully designed for both new and experienced creators eager to explore their ideas and develop new skills. Participants will engage in creating 2-D and 3-D works using a variety of mediums, including drawing, painting, printmaking, collage, mixed media, sculpture, and fiber arts. Throughout each session, we will incorporate discussion of influential artists, major art movements, and apply fundamental concepts like the elements and principles of design and color theory. Over the course of each six-week session, students will complete multiple projects while collaborating with peers and the instructor, fostering a supportive sense of community.

Each 6 week session offers a new area of concentration and exploration and is open to any participant regardless of previous participation.
