This is an annual art contest/fundraising event to make scholarships available for MakeMake/YMCA art programs participants.

Coloring Contest invites community artists, ages 16+, the opportunity to create and submit one original artwork that begins with a basic image. Similar to traditional kids coloring contests, all participants will begin their artworks using the same 8.5”x11” photocopied contest image (download emailed to you with purchase). This is where Coloring Contest takes a turn from the traditional. Artists can enhance and manipulate the contest image to create a totally unique piece to submit. From crayons to fibers, paints to collage, it’s up to you! All works will be judged and exhibited.
